WIN owns 4,000㎡ of totally-enclosed clean workshops of Level 100,000 and 6,000㎡ of general production area. The clean production area is installed with central air conditioning purification system and its temperature, relative humidity, pressure difference can all satisfy the GMPC and the requirements of ISO 22716 standard. Staff are required to wash their hands and change clothes before entering the area. Separate people and objects to avoid cross-contamination.

Advanced production equipment has been imported globally, covering categories such as lotions, creams, masks, toiletries, and packaging.

The workshop has undergone a full upgrade from new hardware to software control systems. New emulsifiers and 42 automatic 5-ton storage tanks have been added; the entire process from emulsification to filling uses sealed pipeline transportation, with CIP automatic cleaning systems for pipeline and tank cleaning.

The factory uses automatic filling machine, screw machine and other advanced production equipment to produce products and strictly complies with GMPC specifications. The updated data in 2018 showed that the top daily output could reach: 4500,000 pieces of facial mask; 280,000 tubes; 1900,000 bottles for all kinds of products.

The center has 25,000㎡ of neat and standardized warehouses, strictly adheres to GMPC specification to manage raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods inventory. It introduces an advanced software management system to meet customer requirements from procurement, inspection, storage, production, warehousing, and logistics to fast delivery.

The raw water (running water) will undergo secondary pre-treatment through multi-medium filter, active carbon filter and precision filter to filter the impurities in water, such as: suspended solids, colloids, organics and inorganic matters, thus preventing the reverse osmosis device from reducing service life because of pollutants and congestion.

To defined heights through professionalism

The mixed bed equipment will help to desalt the reverse-osmosis water and control the water conductivity under 0.1 us/cm, then the through the ozone disinfection device is used to sterilization.
